I wasn’t really sure about the idea of hiring pedicabs in States since when I was in Thailand and China, I knew that rickshaws here are not going to be anything better than the uncomfy Asian ones I’ve taken before. I guess I was wrong. We met Teo just across Columbus Circle by Fedex/Kinko’s and he thoroughly explained us several different ways of how to explore 843-acred green zone of Manhattan. We couldn’t really take a stroll as Ashleigh would get tired and obviously so would I after carrying her around. Teo’s offer made the deal. We sat on the bike and commenced our vehicle-trip in Central Park surely seatbelt fastened – safety first! This gentleman has a great command of English and superb knowledge of Central Park history. Not only my daughter had an entertaining time throughout the entire length of pedicab tour (we decided to take 1 hour trip after 15 minutes) but she also learnt interesting facts about history, nature and movies industry. Teo really knows where all these celebrities live around Upper West Side plus he says there is a chance to see them from time to time jogging around the park. Can you believe? On that day there was no sun at all, but the time we had in the back of Teo’s bike was probably one of the best to be spent in Central Park! Remember not to forget your camera as there is plenty of opportunities to take photos – I can’t even recall all the names of the places we stopped at and had photos taken by our sincere driver. Make sure the bike you’re taking has a warm blanket and rain cover as this is what we additionally found much comfortable that cold rainy day in Big Apple! The company that I work for is sending me on a wonderful business trip in a couple of weeks. My boss had asked me if I would mind traveling to our corporate office in Miami, Florida. I told him that I would be happy to go. I will be staying in one of the really nice Miami Beach Hotels. From what I have heard, the hotel that I will be staying in has lots of great extras like a swimming pool.

When I was in college, my roommate and I decided to do something a little crazy and purchase a couple of Cheap Flights to southern Florida. We knew that this was a crazy thing to do. However, we were young and dumb. I am happy to say that we ended up having an amazing time. We played in the ocean in the day and partied in the bar at night. I will never forget that week that we spent in Florida.

Because I am living alone in my inherited home, I will not consider attic conversion until such time that I see a need for it. That time will come probably when I have my own family and I am running out of space of where to place the things. I have learned that attic conversion is a complicated undertaking. As of now, I don’t need to concern myself about that but at least I know about attic conversion. Besides, I have to be thinking more of keeping up with my chosen career and enjoying single life. I need not concern myself with any home improvement just as yet.

It normally only takes on home show to do really well but when you have a deck restoration or some type of fire and mold restoration service it can be a littler harder. It seems that these services are harder to sell because people are not educated about them. I knew this going in but after talking with a deck restoration guy I knew that I could handle doing it. I am in my fourth year and it is going well. I do more than a few home shows but to me they are not only fun but very helpful in finding new leads.
